Shipping Options and Delivery Information

1. Domestic Orders (Australia)

Orders received before 12:00 PM (AEST) on a business day will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched on the following business day.

For urgent requirements, an Overnight Express service is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST). Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Deliveries to regional or remote areas may require an additional 24–48 hours.

Secuvision Technology utilises reputable freight carriers including Australia Post, Couriers Please, and TNT to ensure efficient and reliable service across Australia.

2. International Orders

International consignments are ordinarily dispatched through Australia Post. Upon request, we can arrange delivery through alternative carriers such as DHL or EMS, subject to destination and service availability.

Customers are advised to contact our Sales Department prior to purchase to confirm international freight costs, estimated delivery timeframes, and courier options.

3. Customer-Nominated Couriers and Self-Collection

Customers may nominate their own courier to collect goods or arrange for personal collection. A minimum of two (2) hours’ notice is required to allow adequate time for order preparation.

Secuvision Technology reserves the right to decline or delay release of goods if prior notice has not been provided.

4. Freight Charges and Insurance

Freight charges are determined based on the actual weight or volumetric weight of the shipment, whichever is greater. Prior to dispatch, we will confirm the most appropriate delivery method and provide a competitive freight quotation.

Insurance coverage is optional but strongly recommended for high-value, fragile, or sensitive equipment. Unless insurance is expressly requested and paid for, Secuvision Technology will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay occurring during transit.

5. General Terms

Secuvision Technology shall not be held responsible for delivery delays resulting from factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, natural disasters, or industrial actions.

Risk in the goods passes to the purchaser upon dispatch from our premises. Title to the goods shall not pass until full payment has been received.
